·          Do you have a one wedding per day policy?

Yes, we have a one wedding a day policy to ensure our team provides you with their full attention on the day.

·       Do you offer discounts or seasonal wedding offers?

We offer multiple seasonal offers/deals. Enquire now about our winter wedding/mid-week wedding offers.

·       Can we bring our own flowers?

Our packages are all inclusive, we take care of table décor including floral vases and candelabras, table covers, chair covers and sashes. Please note that personal items like bouquets are not included.

·       Do we bring our own wedding planner/ table plan?

Your journey with us begins the moment your wedding coordinator welcomes you during your first visit, guiding you with care through the early stages of your planning.

As your Wedding approaches, there is a smooth handover to your dedicated wedding manager, who will be by your side on the big day. Together, you’ll refine every detail from menu tastings to crafting your table plan, ensuring everything is perfectly tailored to you.

·       Can we block book guest rooms?

For your convenience, we reserve a block of guest rooms for your friends and family at today’s rate, ensuring availability and ease of booking.

·       When is the deposit due?

All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days after which time a deposit is required to secure the reservation.

·       What time do the music and bar close?

With a bar exemption the bar is open till 1 and music until 1:30 on weekdays, whereas weekends, the bar is open till 1:30 and music till 2.

·       Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Our experienced team has worked with many large events, and we're always happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including coeliac, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free options.

·       When do we meet to finalise details?

All accounts must be settled two weeks prior to event. Payments may be made by cash, credit card or bank draft. Any overpayments made will be refunded 7 days after the date of your wedding.

·       How far should we book in advance?

We recommend booking 1–2 years in advance to ensure your preferred venue, photographer, and band are secured. P.S. we have done it in 8 weeks..
