Turning over a new leaf for autumn?
Eating well doesn’t have to mean subsisting on celery sticks and cabbage soup.
In fact, at Seed, the ‘seriously good salads’ bar every one of the signature dishes has been thoughtfully designed to make eating nourishing food a joy.
Following on from the success of his sell-out cookbook ‘Raising Dough for Marymount’ and the subsequent ‘Bistro in A Box’ idea that had diners enjoying luscious restaurant-quality meals at home during the lockdown, head chef Gary Burke has come up with yet another exciting addition to the choice of dining options at the Rochestown Park Hotel
Seed, located within Roco’s Restaurant, will offer a healthy dine-in or takeaway option to diners, hotel guests and meeting delegates (groups of up to 50 are now permitted in accordance with the latest Government guidelines).
There will be four tasty Signature Seed dishes on offer:
- VITALITY – Crispy bacon, lemon chicken, baby gem, mixed beans, couscous, Caesar dressing, parmesan
- ZEST – BBQ beef, udon noodles, courgette, kale, cucumber, chickpeas, chilli dressing
- VERVE – Smoked salmon, baby potatoes, tomato, green beans, harissa, chimichurri
- PEP [vegan] – Spicy tofu steak, beetroot, mixed leaves, rice, cabbage, olives, quinoa, chilli flakes
You will also be able to build your own ‘seriously good salad’ in three easy steps: choose one protein, choose two accompaniments, then choose as many extras as you can fit on your dish – delicious!
Customers will also be able to pre-order their salad online for collection and with over 350 complimentary parking spaces at the hotel, Seed hopes to make it easier for people to nip in and pick up a healthy lunch during a busy day.
OPEN Monday-Friday 12.30-2.30pm
